Everything is made to order. Production typically takes 7–14 days from payment. Occasionally an order takes longer — we'll keep you updated and notify you the moment it's ready for pickup or delivery.

Our minimum order is $75.00. If your items total less than that, the order is simply billed at the minimum — you never have to add something you don't need.

Free pickup at 921 Conklin St Unit 1, Farmingdale, NY 11735 once we notify you the order is ready. Local delivery is available for a flat fee at checkout; we'll call to schedule a delivery window. We don't ship glass by carrier at this time.

The finished door size (outside of the aluminum frame). We build exactly what you enter. See the measuring guide for overlay rules, or send us your opening size and we'll confirm.

Tempered (safety) glass is required by building codes in some locations and recommended for large doors, low cabinets and high-traffic areas. It's an option on every door except mirror, which cannot be tempered. Tempered glass cannot be cut after it's made, so confirm sizes carefully.

Handles are mounted at the position you choose (top, center or bottom) if you add one. Hinge holes are drilled on the side you select, and soft-close concealed hinges ship with the door when you add them to your order.

Because every piece is cut and built to your size, orders can't be returned once production starts. If anything arrives with a defect or doesn't match your order, we remake it at no charge. Full details in our policies.

Cabinet shops, millwork shops, contractors, designers and builders can apply for a trade account. Once approved, trade pricing applies automatically to every quote and order while you're signed in.

Checkout is handled securely by Stripe — we never see your card number. Your statement will show ZHANGYUAN LIAO* GLASS.

Our manufacturing tolerance is ±1/16". Enter decimals or use the fraction shown next to each field to double-check.

Often, yes. Very large pieces show "Custom quote required" in the configurator — email customglassdirect@gmail.com or call 516-913-5274 with the size and we'll quote it.
