Orders, Returns & Privacy

Every door and glass piece is fabricated to the exact dimensions and options you enter at checkout. Because a custom size has no other buyer, orders cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started. Please review your measurements against our measuring guide before paying — we're glad to confirm sizes by phone or email first.

Need to change or cancel? Contact us the same day you order. If fabrication hasn't begun we'll cancel or adjust the order and refund any difference.

If a piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged before you accept it, or doesn't match what you ordered, we remake it at no charge. Sizes are held to a tolerance of ±1/16".

Manufacturing defects in the aluminum frame, factory-installed handle and hinge hardware supplied by us are covered — contact us and we'll make it right. Normal wear, misuse, improper installation and glass breakage after acceptance are excluded.

Custom products are made to order and typically take 7–14 days. Occasionally an order may take longer — we'll keep you updated and notify you the moment it's ready.

• Pickup is free at 921 Conklin St Unit 1, Farmingdale, NY 11735. Please wait for our "ready for pickup" notice before coming in. Orders not collected within 30 days of that notice may incur storage fees.
• Local delivery is a flat fee shown at checkout. We'll contact you to schedule a window; someone must be present to inspect and accept the glass.

• Prices are calculated live and confirmed on the server at checkout; the price you pay is the price shown before you click Pay.
• Orders below our minimum are billed at the minimum, shown as a separate line item.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Your statement will read ZHANGYUAN LIAO* GLASS.
• Trade pricing applies only to approved trade accounts while signed in.

We collect only what's needed to make and deliver your order: name, email, phone, delivery address if applicable, your order configuration, and — if you create an account — your login. Payment details go directly to Stripe. We store a small first-party record of how you found us (for example a campaign tag or referring site) so we can understand which channels work; we don't sell or share your data with third parties for their marketing. Our website may use analytics and advertising measurement tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel) that set cookies to measure visits and purchases. You can block these with your browser settings without affecting your ability to order.

By placing an order you confirm that the measurements and options you entered are correct, that you're responsible for compliance with any local building code requirements (such as tempered glass), and that you accept the policies on this page.
